United Energy submission on the term to maturity for the rate of return on debt, 28th November 2013. This letter provided analysis to challenge the interpretation by the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) of a callable bond issued by the APA Group. The maturity date for the bond was 30th June 2072, however the AER had determined, unilaterally, that the call option would be exercised by the issuer at the first prospective call date of 31st March 2018.
